Skinjectables® Product Return Policy
While we hope and are confident that you’ll be 100% satisfied with our custom-formulated products, we regrettably cannot guarantee the satisfaction, appropriateness, or use of each product for each person. Skin type, skin sensitivity, and skin concerns are uniquely individual, and we advise discussing your skin care choices with your medical provider before beginning any new skin care regimen.
In the event that you need to return a product, we are pleased to accept returns for any unopened, unused products within 14 days of purchase. If products are to be shipped, return shipping cost is paid by the customer. Please email us via our contact page with any concerns.
Unfortunately, there are absolutely no returns on prescription products (tretinoin [Retin-A], hydroquinone, or compounds of these ingredients.
SHIPPING ERRORS OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
In the event that we process an order incorrectly or you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace that item or accept it for a full refund at our expense. Skinjectables® will provide a prepaid UPS or U.S. Postal Service shipping label to expedite the return for orders shipped within the U.S. To receive your shipping label and arrange to replace your product, please contact Skinjectables® at [email protected] or 520-395-1245 between 10 AM and 6 PM PST, Monday through Friday.
Skinjectables® customers using a third-party shipping service are responsible for any duties, taxes and shipping costs that may occur. Skinjectables® is not liable for any damages from a third-party shipping service.
SKINJECTABLES® GIFT CARDS
Gift Cards are non-returnable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Skinjectables Prepay Policy
From time to time, we offer prepay opportunities for select services or procedures. Prepaying for a service allows our clients to take advantage of the promotional pricing offered at that time while utilizing the service at a later date. Prepays are nonrefundable.
Skinjectables Service Deposits
We know your time is valuable as is ours. Certain services we offer require a lengthier appointment and therefore we require a nonrefundable deposit in order to hold that time slot for you. Such services, for example, are Threads, CoolSculpting, Vivace and any other procedure requiring more than an hour of our time. We understand things come up unexpectedly and cancelations occur so we respectfully require a 24 hour notice of such cancelations or the deposit required to hold the appointment is forfeited and a new nonrefundable deposit must be secured in order to rebook.
